For over 25 years, Susan Chabot has been helping to create beautiful, functional rooms which reflect her clients’ own taste, ideas and personalities. Whether you need window treatments for a single room or have the blueprints for a whole new project, we can accommodate your needs.

Remodeling and reconfiguring spaces are a specialty. Our services can be used to help the selection process for surface choices ( i.e. flooring, moldings, countertops, wall coverings, painted finishes, tile and granite). We can help with a one-time consultation or an hourly fee. We can offer the products to complete the job: window treatments, bedding and accent pillows, reupholstery and custom area rugs. We design, we measure and we are responsible for the fabrication and the installation.

Bringing new color into your space will be a great change….Susan is known for her expert eye for color ….finding the “perfect paint chip” can be the start of something beautiful!

But the big question is…..”Where do you start? Whether planning a “clean sweep” or a change in phases, an initial consultation can give an overview and a plan.

Renovation or new construction

We work with contractors and architects to make sure the room functions for your wishes and needs. Sometimes the placement of a window or the swing of a door makes all the difference in how a space functions and feels. Do you have the appropriate room for that sectional, a large screen T.V., or a king size bed? Is there balance in the room? Does the traffic flow make sense? We can walk you through that process.

Color consultation

People are getting used to seeing color in their environment, but how to proceed? Will strong colors necessarily close in a room? Do light colors necessarily enlarge space? Each room has its own light factors which influence color use. We can help you choose that perfect paint chip, not the easiest thing in the world!

Window treatments of all styles

Our wide selection of fabrics can answer all your needs. Our workshops produce beautiful custom work for your window coverings, bedding and accent pieces. We measure, design and install. We work with excellent craftsmen for reupholstery, which includes cornices, window seats, cushions and furniture.

Consultation Only

Sometimes people just want ideas. We provide that service, as well. We work with you in your home or place of business, or we will shop with or for you on an hourly basis. All work is by appointment.
